Who We Are
- Founded in 2009 by a small group of investors interested in re-shaping the job board multi-posting market Vacancy Poster decided to create and launch an alternative solution. The application was scoped and written by a consortium of talented software engineers who had extensive experience within the recruitment industry and was 'beta' and 'live' tested with a major PLC recruiter.
What We Do
- Vacancy Poster job board posting software allows multi posting to job boards quickly and efficiently allowing applicant tracking and candidate management from within the job board posting tool. Vacancy Poster is integrated with a number of ATS software systems and CRM Distribution solutions. We also supply our clients with highly functional and simple to use recruitment websites and microsites.

Responsible for strategy Steve has more than 18 years' experience within software development organisations and has worked on several projects with Joe dating back to 1990. Steve is responsible for new territory development.

With over 20 years experience Tom is a seasoned developer specialising in the Recruitment Sector. Key Development Languages / Technologies used: PHP, HTML, CSS, XML, MySQL, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX.

Responsible for Key Account Management, Aron has more than 15 years experience in a variety customer facing service roles. Aron also works with RPO’s developing and enhancing the Vacancy Poster RPO solution.
